The Culture Of Peace and Dialogue Forum
Devised as one of NCAC’s Educational and Youth Programmes as well as  one of our contributions to the on-going national reform agenda, the Culture-Quiz Competition is premised on the knowledge that a Youth properly groomed on the positive aspect of our traditional values is least likely to indulge in cultism, violence, prostitution and other crimes that bring individual and national disrepute.

Taking cognizance of the spate of violence that has recently characterized the national landscape, coupled with the United Nations declaration of the Decade for Peace, the National Council for Arts and Culture instituted the Culture of Peace and Dialogue Forum as a way of entrenching dialogue as a viable alternative to violent resolutions of conflicts.
Primarily, the Culture of Peace and Dialogue Forum is a platform for the enunciation and expansion of the frontiers of peaceful co-existence through the use of dialogue as acounterpoise to violence.
